Refund and Returns Policy

You may request an exchange or refund for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of wear or alterations. In this case, you may choose to have the item(s) returned to you at your expense.

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-5 business days after we receive your return. For secure returns, we recommend using tracked shipping, as Kurtiss.Design is not responsible for returns that are not received at our PO Box address.

If your parcel is lost, you will need to provide two pieces of documentation: proof of delivery to our PO Box and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. Without this information, Kurtiss.Design cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
